#LisaIrwin : Julie Mitchell - Case Frustrates Police

We’re just days away from the 1st year anniversary of Julie Mitchell’s violent beating murder, and still not much progress in the investigation into her death.  On November 2nd last year Julie Mitchell was found brutally beaten to death in the closet of the master bedroom.  Her body was discovered by her step-son Daniel Mitchell.  Her small daughter, London, was sitting next to her body in a pool of blood.  There has been no substantial break in this murder investigation.
On Thursday of this past week Oklahoma City Police Chief Bill Citty spoke with the press about the investigation into the homicide of Julie Mitchell.  He defined it as “frustrating”.  He stated they all want to bring the murderer of Julie Mitchell to justice, whomever it is.  However, resulting that end has been elusive.  Chief Citty states Julie’s file is actively on investigators’ desks every day, and still…no lead to her murderer...article in full at Hinky's
